Responsibilities:
- Get to know our solution inside and out: Dive deep during onboarding to develop a solid understanding of our platform and the water industry.
- Hit your activity targets: Work toward meeting outreach and meeting-setting goals.
- Jump on inbound leads: Quickly respond to prospects who show interest, qualify them, and follow a straightforward process to move them along.
- Drive outbound efforts: Launch targeted campaigns to book new meetings through cold outreach, webinars, and conferences.
- Own your pipeline: Use our database to generate, qualify, and lock down meetings through 30-40 calls and 20-30 emails daily.
- Prospect smartly: Focus on new and existing territories, ensuring your efforts align with our Sales team's quarterly targets.
- Set the stage for demos: Get prospects excited to meet with our team and explore the Decision Blue solution.
- Keep our CRM fresh: Log updates, maintain a clean contacts database, and track your progress.
- Stay organized: Plan your days, manage your workload, and communicate your pipeline to management so we can keep things moving.
- Build positive relationships: Connect with third-party software developers and other external resources to help us grow.
Qualifications:
- College degree in business? Great, but not a dealbreaker: Equivalent experience is just as valuable to us.
- Got some experience? Ideally, you have 1+ years in sales or account management.
- Tech-savvy? Even better. Comfort with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo is a huge plus.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in SaaS or software sales: Knowing the ropes in the software space will give you a head start.
- Familiarity with the water industry: Understanding the challenges and nuances of this sector is a good advantage.

Position Overview:
- Reports to: Outbound Growth Manager
- Employment Status: Full time Exempt
- Location: Remote (U.S) If you don’t live in the Eastern Time Zone, this position will require some flexibility to participate in meetings during core business hours in the EST.
- Must be open to travel for in-person team summits and conferences as needed.
- Must have dependable high-speed wifi and a work space conducive to focused working.
Compensation
Competitive base salary:
- $50,000- $55,000
- $65k OTE - based on performance
- Your base pay will be determined by your experience.
